Well I believe there might not be any Liberty Caps in your area green, but some places they grow throughout the season in south and some they come and go by phases from oct to dec. Here in northern canada in my area we do not have any, other than in pastures or farms , very rare though
You may study on it here: http://www.erowid.org/psychoactives/psychoactives.shtml
"Liberty Cap" Psi.Semilanta.
Good huntin'!!

We do have Psilocybe semilanceata here but I never tried looking for them although they are said to be found plenty. Sort of afraid of picking to wrong thing. But I through away a lot of grow stuff for cubensis. Hadnt grown for about 1,5 year and thought I was under investigation. But I do feel the need for a good psilocybe trip this year, so picking this year seems like a nice option. Probably should check out the swedish board for mushroom-picking tips.
First time a tripped on cubensis it was my own home grown stuff. The first thing I noticed was a beutifull fish made of tiny green, yellow, blue and purple "neon-glass" threads. A lot of very small perfect details. The fish was in a glass buble and it was gliding to me over the room. After it passed me I turned around but it was gone. Still that fish is the most beutifull thing I have layed my eyes on. I think about that fish several times each months even though it was a lot of years ago.
After the fish a lot of just glass bubles in different colors came. And some fishes with less details. Also later a green dolphin. They all sort of materiliced from my open cupboard.

Nice pics always enjoy seeing any mushie. Btw that tree frog looks similar to the ones we have down here in the south, we call them gray tree frogs. They always love to sing before it rains.
