that's going great. Last week as part of the 'Being the change', we did some breathing med, then stood up to do the warm-up to chi cong. Watching their bodies, discovering what's easy, what's hard. reflecting.
For some, this was the longest they'd gone without chattering or using their 'spinners' (do you know about that fad? - a 3 pronged plastic circular device that works with ball bearings to balance on a finger and spin)
That alone is worth the entrance into the class.
