Photobucket is free and allows remote linking. It's what I use for forum pictures.

Also, I think you can upload images to the site directly--boomer does that all the time, doesn't he?

amon - there was a problem about bandwidth, so it would be better to go photobucket or even flickr, or perhaps what SvenZ suggested - i've only used the ones i mentioned.

The pics are too small to see, if you click slideshow they are big and blurry, Bleah!

ha! too small or big and unclear - such choices, but flicking back and forth, i get the idea!

by the way - another good place to play with pictures before uploading them to a site is picnik.com. Free, easy - i use it to play with images before i save them on my puter.

(resize, automatic fixing, colour tricks and brightness/contrast, etc)
