In the later 1970s, Andrew Weill introduced me to a Navajo medicine man, a shaman named Cody and asked me if I would share some of the magic of my shrooms with his friend.

I gave this medicine man a Ritz Cracker box filled with Psilocybe cyanescens.

about a half of an hour later, Cody comes to me and inform me that he set his box of shrooms down on a table in the meeting room at the conference, turned around for a minute to say hello to someone and when he looked back at the table where he placed the box of mushrooms, they had disappeared and could he get some more.

Well my only thought at first was,

It is really sad when a medicine man loses his medicine.

The moral is that if you are experienced, then you need not ask others to establish your experience for you.
