Perhaps I wasnt clear enough.
You need to specify what you are looking for
then I can offer some pointers. To prompt your thoughts consider if the issue is:
- physical
- mental
- spiritual / philosophical
- circumstantial
- interpersonal
- environmental
and then think about how you want to approach it:
- directly (ie going for bereavement counseling)
- indirectly (ie exploring grief in a story or song)
- self help
- with a professional
- with a group of like minds
of course you may find that the issue and / or the solution covers more than one category. Thats ok its just to give you some options. The more you think about these things the easier it is to see the best way to tackle them and its often not the obvious thing to do.
You should also have a think about what sources of information could help you and where to find them. Even if you choose to get the support of a pro you should always see yourself as a equal partner in terms of responsibility for your recovery / growth. Think about the way you learn best then look for relevant info - ie do you learn best from books or are you more visual etc.
Sounds complicated and I guess it can be but then thats why us mages call it the great work
