I posted a few pics a while back, basically the same. If anyone wants some, speak up. All trades considered and if you are a regular with nothing to trade, let me know and i'll probably send you some anyway.

I still have e novogranatense berries and one seedling. These are offered so people can enjoy the beauty of the plant and to preserve the species. They are not intended for consumption or extraction. The plant is legal but extracting from it could bring you to the attention of those we don't want attention from.

While i'm at it, i have plenty of b caapi cuttings available. I have cielo and black. Seeds may be ready in a couple months or so. I do have one or two small caapi seedlings. Help me clear out my kitchen and give me more things to grow.

Caapi is very easy to root. Just make sure you have at least 1 node. 2 nodes are better and then you put one node in the soil to make roots and the other above ground to form shoots. But with one node just put it so the node is at about ground level and you can get roots and growing tips from the same node. The cuttings ship well and i've sent them overseas with good results.

I can take voacanga africana cuttings too if anyone is interested. Maybe a kratom cutting or two. I have lots of cactus seeds of various types.

I saw a thread or article (somewhere?) where the guy was taking single node cutting, chewing the ends to assist rooting.

Can you identify Mitragyna speciosa if I post a pic?

I just want to make sure I am growing a M. speciosa plant and not a M. parviflora.

The leaves arnt very big and there is some degree of redness on the leaf veins.

I lost a few E. novos because of not watering them. I thought they only wilted slightly but i guess they made it past the point of no return. Its hard to tell some plants you can let them wilt to the point of falling over and water and they bounce back up, while others wont tolerate that one bit.

I like to let plants dry out between waters. I dont overwater plants.

I am trying to get rid of fungus knats but the only way to do that ive heard is let pots dry out. I cant let them dry too much and I water each plant on A as needed basis. I dont water everything the same day, only what needs to be watered.

I'm not sure i can differentiate between m speciosa and m parviflora. I heard they were both good. I would not toss out an m.p. Kratom can't take wilting either, they are even more easily killed by under watering than e novo. Never never let your kratom go when you see the first sign of wilt. They can take standing water a lot better than drying out.

For fugus gnats try diatomaceus earth. Sprinkle a little on the surface of the soil. If you are making up a batch of soil or have some you are going to put in a pot, add a little de to the mix. Just maybe 1 or 2% by volume and then sprinkle a light layer over the top. Ants won't walk through it but they wait until it gets wet and clumps and then walk over it. Moisture won't hurt the de except it helps ants get around it. It will still kill gnats.

For e novo and kratom water soon as you see drying out, even before wilting. Another one that dies easily is stevia.

So I am right to say that E. novo is one of those plants that does not tolerate drying out and if it wilts slightly I had better get to watering it like within an hour?

Most of my plants when I notice they are wilting I might take a day or (sometimes) two before I get to them.

I have heard that Phoenix roebelenii( Pygmy Date Palm) also will not tolerate drying out.

It is hard to tell when it needs it unless you put your finger down in the soil.

I like the visual method better to indicate what needs to be watered based on wilting leaves.

I killed an ivy onetime because I let it dry out. It wasnt mine!

I let it dry out because the person who had it before me they seemed they watered it too much. It had that harmless gray mold on the soil surface.
