I find that if I hold a secret from others that the very act of holding the secret makes me want to verbally remind my self to hold that secret at times while on Salvia. It has been quite a while since I have experienced Sally, until just a few minutes ago. I wonder if it can be used to expel truth from one who is holding a secret or perhaps be used to get out any thoughts that may be causing one to feel stressed that they normally would try to keep in. It would be useful in psychology in this sense if it helped.
if the sitter tells the user prior to use that they will be open and honest while on salvia, and that even if they think they won't be they will have no choice (or that their thoughts will be read anyways) it may be very convincing to the user and they may start to say things they were hiding, or things that cause them stress.
anyways. I hope I am making sense, it has not completely worn off yet so I may just be in salvia space, you know?
what are your thoughts?
it also helped me with my stress, I was completely stressed out today to the point of depression triggered sleep desire.. the experience has completely reversed that. I am now feeling excited, happy and energetic.

LOL To be truthful, I think that's just you, man.
ps: At that point a sitter is no longer a sitter but rather a facilitator of a different sort. (A director)

that was one of my strong impressions. that if ever the "truth formula" were invented- of certain a key component would be salvia. I actually had the experience of someone drilling me with questions 3 or 4 minutes into a level 5 experience. False thought processes somehow just seem impossible, even if that perspective becomes twisted and hallucinatory, direct dealings in falsehood (willfully)with a salvia shattered ego are very difficult! As if everything must already be visible what with no ego of self in control any longer, and although I was jarred into a moment of returning to the here and now- I was still vulnerable to this effect somewhat, maybe able to lie, and perhaps being drawn into a simple confession (the source of the score to my wife, whom I knew was a safe confidant anyway....) I am curious to the potential as well, Dave, for some "truth" to transpire from the dosed onto the bystander...

I only know of one plant that is a "truth drug," but it's a truth drug of a different sort. When under its influence, you can see the truth in whatever you happen to examine or think about.
On Salvia I would be very disinclined to talk (as would many people), so I don't think it would work too well.
