yeppers, tha's the ticket...
felony 5 for me (allegedly permitting drug abuse in my house)
felony 5 for daughter' BF (flushing the toilet)
felony 3 for daughter (a handful of roll & a digi-scale)
not very good at all, imho...
i read the biblical book of job whilst locked up overnight in the lake county (OH) pokey...
(& you think i've got it bad? that poor s.o.b. was fuxxored bigtime, yes?)

Take the plea, and hope for probation, if your lawyer suggests it...As noble as fighting the charges sounds, it just doesn't work very often for us common folk. Hope my humble advice helps. Anyway whats a felony 5 etc? Here they call them DCB and A, D being the least, A is the highest felony.

On the surface, your daughter's charge appears to be the only one with teeth. Especially if she's admitting the items in question were hers. The other charges should leave room for reasonable doubt. At least that's what I've learned from watching court tv. hehe

Man that sux badly, my thoughts to you all...damn it makes me mad. Please tell me more on the specifics of the charges as I'm in the U.K and don't quite understand the terms....

F5 is 6 mo --> 1 yr jail + $us 2,500
F3 is like 5 --> 10 yr + $us 25,000
or something like that, i dunno...
more $$$ than i've got...

Specifically, at this early in the proceeding, how would whoever told you they will be using that against you know such a thing? well, the warrent was issued 4 may & they had 3 days to serve it, but didn't kick in the door until 8 may...
the head cop did say that this was "the most interesting house" they had ever busted --- i guess that is a compliment of sorts, heh...
should be a very ummm educational summer for all concerned...
