Good question really. I suppose a person could find humor in most anything if they looked at it properly. I found it funny in the respect of the ludicrouseness of the information.... and the ingenuitiveness of the people that still somehow managed to get caught anyways. It's like they are offering an oportunity for people wise to their website to become better stainless steal rats via learning from others mistakes and what not.
...... sorry you did not find it humerous X. torris

I don't know, anj.... I'm pretty sure that's funny. (ha-ha-like) Informative, too. I couldn't stop reading the piece on the marine found with P vidrias leaves.

Yaba, that's the same bathtub meth that hillbillys and ravers are snorting/shooting up all over the place in the US but in a colorful oral form favored in asia. Yeah, I always get a chuckle from the CA cannabutter based packaged foods that keep popping up. Plenty of great info on the site, I turned on a former professional smuggler who was shocked to find that his high tech, ultra secret, hidden auto compartment was already well known to the DEA and narcotics intradiction units across the US ... he wouldn't travel with otherwise innocent looking mushroom chocolates after checking out that site either.

Here's their state by state fact sheet.
http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/pubs/state_factsheets.html
Of course they left out one important "fact". That they haven't been able to do squat to stop the flow of 'illegal' substances over their whole history. Only fill jail cells..... and strain their shoulders trying to pat themselves on the back.
Here's their price and purity fact sheet.....
http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/pubs/intel/02058/02058.pdf
They used to have a really interesting LSD fact sheet that they had compiled, but I see they took it off the site.

Interesting bit in the new May edition. Looks like somebody was caught with some dried pedro chips and they thought it was peyote.
