 Post subject: Jack Daniels Glaze/Sauce

1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup diced red onions
1/2 teaspoon finely diced garlic
1/2 cup Jack Daniel's
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 shakes of liquid smoke
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tobasco Sauce


saute butter, onions, and garlic. add 1/4 cup of jack daniel's, and light on fire, let flame reduce a bit. add other ingedients, and simmer until thickened. Corn or arrowroot starch may be used to thicken even more into a dipping sauce.
